I am an illustrator and writer for picture books, often mixing drawings and collage. AWARD FOR BEST PICTURE BOOK

I have received the “Meefisch” First Prize for Picture Book Illustration for the best children’s book in the German language (Fischer Sauerländer). With delightful humour, Die Öblings kommen! (The Öblings Are Coming!) unfolds the hilarious escapades of a pig family as they frantically prepare for the long-awaited visit of the Öblings—whom they’ve never met.
